grandfather

This project comes to life with the discovery of the funeral album of my grandfather. The choice of these photographs in particular represents the three most significant moments of that day. The interventions with the acrylic attempt to hide those elements that makes that tragic moment known. Moreover the three pictures layout is designed as if they were books, therefore the viewer lifting the covers puts into contact with the memory of that day.
